JOB REQUIREMENTS Responsibilities * Enterprise support for Windows/Microsoft environment, including direct interaction with end users * Performs first and second level support for the computing environment, including desktop, peripherals, network, wireless, networked devices, and IP telephones * Provisions physical access for employees and designated contractors * Analyzes, troubleshoots, and maintains computer systems and related hardware * Makes recommendations for improving our desktop and audio-visual environments * Performs first and second level support for our audio-visual environment, ensuring that rooms and equipment are maintained and functioning properly * Excellent communication skills * Maintain high level of customer service through professionalism, timeliness, organizational skills and follow-through * Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds while installing computer equipment * Keep track of hardware inventory/organize asset disposal Qualifications Education and Experience * 3+ years recent experience supporting MS Windows in an enterprise environment * Detail oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking * Four (4) year college degree with information technology concentration preferred
