The Desktop Support Analyst position is responsible for installing and maintaining personal computer hardware and software, as well as all other peripheral equipment related to Desktop Support.
Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other computer equipment/peripherals as needed.
Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support approved Software
Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and, system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.
Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.
Respond to tickets, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner while adhering to established SLA’s
Support and enforce information service department (ISD) policies.
Travel to regional locations to perform tasks related to core duties
Provide outstanding customer service to all levels of the origination
Support Office 365 and related applications
Support re-active and pro-active refresh of computing devices on an annual basis
Interface with approved Akron Children’s vendors as required
Any other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: minimum of four (4) years of experience.
