Are you a talented experienced designer, ready to take over designing, refreshing and developing our product ranges. Excited by design and research, you will work closely with the sales, marketing and supply teams to bring the designs to life, while ensuring alignment with the commercial and sustainable goals of the company.

This position reports to the Head of Product and Design involving:

  • Market research, to identify sector and garment trends.
  • Garment design and construction.
  • Fabric and trim sourcing
  • A passion for sustainability.
  • Collaborating with our sales, marketing and supply teams.
  • A strong commercial understanding of costs and overseas production.

You’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in design and/or merchandising role
  • a tertiary qualification in garment design
  • a commercial eye and good understanding of current market trends
  • an in depth understanding of apparel product design and technical development
  • the ability to project manage to deadlines
  • knowledge and experience in offshore production (ideally)
  • proficiency in design software such as Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
  • excellent verbal and written skills
  • experience working within ERP systems
  • intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
