As Deputy PM on the Geospatial Services and Solutions team, you will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution of evolving IT and mission demands. How You'll Make an Impact: * Support the day-to-day leadership and coordination of program activities aligned with AGC priorities and objectives. * Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and execute strategic roadmaps that align with business goals and mission requirements. * Ensure timely and effective management of new customer requirements, projects, and taskings. * Monitor project timelines, performance metrics, budgets, and risks to ensure delivery on time and within scope. * Promote collaboration across technical and business teams, fostering a cohesive team culture and communication flow. * Assist in the hiring and development of high-performing technical staff. * Prepare high-level briefings, reports, and updates for stakeholders and leadership. * Lead process improvement efforts to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and improve client outcomes. * Apply independent judgment on complex assignments requiring originality and innovation. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
