HR Project Management: Lead strategic HR projects, digital HR transformation, and change management initiatives and ensuring to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans that align with the organization's HR strategy and business objectives.
Drive HR transformation initiatives, such as digitalization of HR functions, implementation of new HR technologies.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
Manage compliances including statutory compliance, External & Internal Audits
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions for existing & new HR processes and systems.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
Compliance: Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualification: Graduate & MBA in Human Resource Management
Experience: -
Minimum of 15-17 years of experience in HR project management and HR Transformation, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
Proficiency in HR project management methodologies and change management frameworks and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and digital transformation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with expertise in HR analytics and data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
