Role - Sr. Manager / DGM - Land Acquisition

Location - Gurugram


Job Summary:

The Land Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring land parcels required for projects. The role involves conducting due diligence, assessing market value, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential land parcels suitable for company projects
  • Conduct market analysis and land valuation using appropriate methodologies (comparative, residual, income approaches).
  • Negotiate with landowners and other stakeholders for acquisition.
  • Coordinate land surveys and due diligence processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all acquisition processes and financial transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, land brokers, and community stakeholders.
  • Prepare valuation reports and support financial modeling with accurate land cost inputs.
  • Support compensation discussions and resettlement planning (if applicable).


Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/ B.E. or MBA (Full Time)
  • 6–12 years of experience in land acquisition, valuation, or property development.
  • Strong understanding of land development processes and valuation techniques.
