This position is responsible for supporting the functions for any of the following systems: SAP, GENTAX, IIT, STAR, GAL and multiple other systems and interfaces. This includes scheduling of tax and related programs and processes and resolution of problems associated with those programs and processes. The position is also responsible for conducting research and analysis of system data, organization and maintenance of reports related to system outputs, the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes, as well as processing downloads and uploads of data, production reports, and creation of ad hoc reports. The Scheduling Unit is responsible for developing and supporting tax processing system functions including electronic filing programs; and providing expertise, research, insights and technical support. The analyst position supports those functions.
