The Delivery Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire vehicle delivery function for the region. This role will involve strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed at accelerating the fulfilment process and enhancing the customer experience.
A successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling delivery operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, and planning logistics and events to support peak delivery periods.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Delivery Optimization:
Develop and manage delivery programs and initiatives that align with Tesla’s overall strategy, with a focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Analyze data, trends, and feedback to identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with Customer Engagement Managers, Sales, Service, and Logistics to streamline the full end-to-end delivery journey.
Plan and coordinate delivery events, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure proper planning for vehicle staging, parking capacity, and logistics coordination.
Delivery Execution & Resource Planning:
Forecast manpower requirements and allocate additional support during peak delivery days.
Establish scalable processes to improve delivery efficiency and optimize available resources.
Process & Compliance Management:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for back-end processes related to vehicle operations and fulfilment.
Define and track program KPIs, report on program success, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Tesla’s operational policies.
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of Delivery Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and guidance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for the team.
Establish best practices for customer interactions, vehicle handovers, and issue resolution
What You'll Bring
7+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering operational improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
Experience in field/market operations is a plus.
Experience managing teams
Business proficiency in English and local languages.
Valid driver’s license holder.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
