Mission:

HyperVerge aims to be a $100M revenue company in the next 4 years and this journey will need key drivers like Customer Onboarding Specialists who can drive, optimize and reduce key onboarding metrics like time to onboard customer / time to go-live / time to deliver business impact.


Product & Domain Context:

HyperVerge ONE is an low-code/no-code AI-powered platform designed to build end-to-end onboarding journeys in the BFSI space. The onboarding journey requires our clients to capture information and perform checks mandated by regulation and also to service the customer. Hyperverge also provides a marketplace of APIs for each step of the journey to be performed. Currently the platform serves clients in the wealth tech sector, including brokerages, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and alternative investment platforms. Primary use cases are for new account opening, modification of key information, Re-KYC of dormant accounts. As part of the implementation, customers integrate our SDKs and the whole journey is constructed on our no-code workflow builder while adding necessary checks and business rules as configurations.


Outcomes Expected:

To help enterprise customers launch financial journeys on HyperVerge One in less than 60 days and deliver on business value.


What you will be doing in this role:

  • Own and project-manage the client onboarding process, post sales, to deliver high impact in an agile manner
  • Create detailed project plans with tasks, owners, dependencies and deadlines
  • Diligently execute on project kickoff, requirement gathering, implementation, go-live and impact delivery, working alongside the solutions and implementations team
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders of the client and internal cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, problem-solve and unblock progress on the project plan
  • Setup and run cadences at appropriate frequencies with the client's project team and the steering committee to keep the project on track
  • Send reports to external and internal stakeholders
  • Improve internal systems, processes and documentation to reduce time-to-value and time-to-revenue-realization.
  • Handover account to account management and customer success post successful delivery


You are the right candidate for this if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing product implementations for enterprise customers in SaaS companies
  • 8+ years of experience operating with an Agile methodology
  • Prior experience in the Lending domain is mandatory
  • Hands-on Project Management skills with an organized approach
  • High sense of ownership and customer obsession
  • Excellent customer communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
  • Good technical knowledge to help clients make appropriate customizations
  • Experience and understanding of Rest APIs, Android, iOS and Web platforms
  • Good to have - team management/team leading experience
