Responsibilities

• Develop and refine customer segments based on behavioral and demographic features
• Provide actionable business recommendations tailored to each segment’s performance and strategize growth opportunities
• Conduct sensitivity analyses to understand changes in customer behaviors and segment sizes
• Design and implement AI, ML, and statistical models for various business use cases
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
• Forecast customer trends and behaviors to inform strategic planning
• Utilize Explainable Machine Learning (ML) techniques to extract actionable features for platform enhancements
• Ensure the quality and scalability of analytics models integrated into products and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with APIs for data extraction and integration
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and statistical methods
• Experience in performing data-driven sensitivity analyses and forecasting
