Target Pay: $130-140K plus quarterly bonus, unlimited PTO, and excellent benefits
I’m partnering with a client who’s seeking two Data Analyst Managers to join a fast-growing healthcare analytics organization. Though titled “Manager,” this role is less about direct people management and more about managing data projects—you’ll oversee an offshore team working on sample data while collaborating closely with a U.S.–based team also. You’ll act as the bridge between data operations and business stakeholders, translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights, and helping mature processes in one of the most dynamic sectors right now.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry experience).
Experience:
7+ years analyzing healthcare data (claims, billing, HEDIS, CMS datasets, EHRs, coding standards like ICD‑10/CPT/LOINC/SNOMED).
Proven track record partnering offshore/nearshore teams.
Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charting).
Hands‑on ETL/data‑warehouse experience
Cloud knowledge, ideally with AWS (Redshift)
Experience in Agile/Scrum or lean data‑project management.
Snowflake knowledge preferred
Soft Skills:
Exceptional verbal & written communication—able to convey technical insights to non‑technical stakeholders
Self‑motivated with minimal oversight; adaptable learner in fast‑paced environments.
