Role: Data & Integration Analyst
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Philippines - Makati
Schedule: Morning shift
Core Competencies
- Understanding the company's core solutions particularly the purpose and use of the data that exists in each.
- Interacting with customers and 3rd parties to build integrations and update data requirements in core solutions
- Build of new stores for the company solutions
- Validating data requirements submitted from a customer to ensure accuracy of set-up solution integration
- Integrations with third party vendors via one of the available integration standards, understanding the integration in conjunction with the core Fourth solution
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration related technical issues
- Documenting all data activities completed for a customer and providing the necessary information to handover to the Customer support team
Qualification and requirements (non-negotiable):
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and design efficient data solutions using industry best practices.
- Independent & Timely Delivery: Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
- Emotional Intelligence & Effective Communication: High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels, delivering timely responses to customers, building relationships, and maintaining professionalism.
- Attention to Detail & Quality: A sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Problem Solving & Creativity: Analytical, logical, and creative approach to troubleshooting, with the
- ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Tools & Software Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred. Experience with third-party integrations (POS integrations, API/FTP configurations), and understanding of WFM systems is highly desirable.
- SaaS & Customer-Facing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS environment with customer-facing responsibilities, including data analysis, integration, and process optimization.
- Team Collaboration & Independent Execution: Comfortable working in both independent and team settings, demonstrating initiative and ownership while being a collaborative team player.
- Professionalism & Flexibility: Friendly, professional demeanor with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities.
