Summary

Hi, SME Data Management ROLE DESCRIPTION The SME will have expertise in Data Management technology and tooling in the investment banking and financial services industry. The SME will gather business requirements for data management tooling, groom with development team members and user acceptance test. The SME will support the production environment, trouble shooting and performing administrative activities. The SME will maintain procedures and training documentation. The SME will provide training sessions and assist with individual questions and usage of the tooling. The SME will provide KPIs, dashboarding and management reporting on progress. The Product Owner will be responsible for project management, business and data analysis including: Identifying and documenting tasks, milestones, and timeline for platform enhancements Partnering with internal business resources to develop requirements and success factors Managing Jira backlog and prioritizing with management Report KPIs Ensure the appropriate use of the archer data management platform Partnering with internal and external technology resources to develop and monitor implementation plans Communication on progress of plan to Stakeholders and management Supporting vendors, technology and business partners with the various tasks Identifying and remediating production issues, development issues, uat issues and risk and escalations to management Assigning and tracking dependencies, resources and progress Data analysis Perform analysis and provide recommendation for solution analysis, design and implementation Evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and cost-effective solution Testing deliverables to ensure requirements are met Coordinate delivery and adoption planning Monitor implementation and delivery plans, manage roadblocks and escalations Provide estimates on cost, impact and feasibility of proposed solutions Provide training materials and training for new solutions Provide end user support of deliverables Track impact of solutions, measure, and report via KPIs Description of the skills/knowledge/expertise required: 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking preferred, with strong focus on data management, governance and quality 5 years of experience in Data Management and Governance 7 years of experience working in a technical role in the financial industry 10 years of experience working with technology solutions in the financial industry Strong expertise in building application solutions Strong understanding of system design and architecture concepts Prior experience with investment banking across front/back offices, client reporting, risk and finance Ability to define technical specifications based on client business requirements or functional specifications from business analysts Strong analytical and debugging skills Experience with vendor negotiations and contracts Services, Deliverables and Schedule: Project planning, tracking, communications, escalations and delivery Build strong relationships with vendors, technology teams and business teams Document requirements / User Stories Data analysis Architecture and design Testing Training Measurement Agile daily stand up meetings Weekly project updates to program manager, management and sponsors Analysis results Testing results Adoption progress Weekly KPIs Regards, Abhishek SOHO SQUARE SOLUTIONS 106 W 32 Street #108 New York, NY 10001, USA 1 University Ave, Toronto, ON M5J 2P1, Canada Ph. 973-486- 4656 | 438-801-4044 Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: $660.00 - $700.00 per day Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: New York, NY 10001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Data management: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
