The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for keying important data into our different systems in order to efficiently process the received mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Moore RMG.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Key check information in to our database
Update addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
Flag documents that need to be removed or corrected
Following batches as needed
Maintain accurate piece count and report daily to the supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Information:
1st Shift (Days) (7am-3:45pm or 7:30am-4:15pm M-F)
2nd Shift (Nights) (4pm-2:45am M-Th.)
Saturday work depending on mail fluctuations

GED, or Highschool diploma preferred
35+ WPM with great accuracy

Time at a desk 90%, on their feet 10%, driving a vehicle 0%
Must be able to walk long distances up to 600ft multiple times a day
10lbs lifting requirement
No travel expectations
