Job Description:
Procter & Gamble (P&G) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data in various systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Verify data accuracy and completeness to ensure consistency across records.
Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting.
Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure data integrity.
Follow company policies and procedures for handling confidential information.
Perform routine data audits and quality checks.
Manage electronic files and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1-3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
