What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Data Engineer / Data Analyst with a strong technical background and at least 5 years of full-time experience in Data Analysis. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven solutions, takes ownership of their work, and possesses excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and implement data-driven solutions using Python, Java, and SQL.
• Build and maintain APIs and Document Management Systems (DMS) to ensure seamless data access and integration.
• Extract, clean, and analyze the right data / large to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain predictive models and data pipelines.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer/ Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with building APIs and maintaining Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Proven ability to identify, extract, and analyze the right data for impactful decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling and visualization.
• Experience working in an English-speaking environment - English is a Must
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
