The Opportunity

Are you ready to accelerate your data consulting career? We’re looking for data professionals with 2–5 years’ experience to join our consulting team. You’ll work on high-impact projects using a modern tech stack, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts.

This role is perfect for data engineers, BI developers or analysts who are ready to grow their skills in a consulting environment and work with leading technologies such as Databricks, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, and Snowflake.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data integration solutions
• Support the development of cloud-native data pipelines and models
• Work with modern tools like dbt, Databricks, ADF, and Fivetran
• Collaborate with NRI experts and client stakeholders to deliver real-world outcomes
• Gain consulting exposure while learning from senior mentors
• Contribute to data governance, transformation, and migration efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in data engineering, analytics, or data integration
• Hands-on experience or exposure to tools like dbt, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake
• Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, and cloud platforms
• A strong desire to grow into a client-facing consulting role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
