We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Architect with a deep understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and analytics technologies. This is a leadership role requiring a combination of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong team leadership. You will be instrumental in designing robust data solutions, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring seamless project execution in collaboration with the project manager.

• Architect and design end-to-end data solutions across multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts to deliver on complex project deliverables.
• Define and enforce best practices in data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
• Design scalable and efficient data pipelines leveraging modern tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Apache Spark, Airflow, and others.
• Act as a technical liaison with clients, providing strategic recommendations and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to align technical execution with business timelines and goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in data and cloud technology and bring forward-thinking ideas to the team.

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on data architecture, engineering, and cloud-based analytics.
• Proven experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution delivery.
• Experience working in agile project environments and collaborating closely with project and program managers.

• Certifications in any major cloud platform (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.).
• Experience in enterprise data governance, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipeline integration is a plus.
