Job Overview
The candidate will engage in various activities within a team to support diverse scientific data needs across North America. This role focuses on data architecture, development, design, quality management, integration, and governance. **Only local candidates will be considered**
Key Responsibilities
Develop data architecture and logical models, along with physical source data models.
Produce data profiling reports and ensure data quality control through audits.
Create data definitions, taxonomy, metrics, metadata, and establish data lineage.
Perform data cleansing and establish master data solutions.
Collaborate with business and data quality organizations in Paris to clean and correct data quality defects.
Define hierarchies and affiliations, and distribute reference and master data.

Proficient in English (written & oral).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills
Ability to translate data requirements into business processes and vice versa.
Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies applied to data-centric architecture.
Advanced expertise in SQL and database handling languages.
Proficient in data modeling (both physical and logical) and ER diagrams.
Experience with data manipulation tools and BI/Data visualization tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, Python, and XML.
Practical experience with ETL processes.
