You are a data architect looking to push the envelope and keep evolving your skills. You want to work with peers skilled in their areas of expertise – data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, software developers, designers, etc. – to create data solutions that are more than a sum of their parts.

As Part Of Us, You Will

• Work with highly skilled data engineers, architects, developers, and designers to create data solutions for our clients. You will assist clients in defining solution requirements, modeling data, and developing scalable data pipelines, collaboratively shaping the outcome with them.
• Advise clients on technology choices and collaborate on defining overall solution architectures
• Lead teams and define ways of working

We truly value hands-on experience in developing solutions and the ability to work in different roles from leading workshops to writing code.

We are looking for a skilled collaborator looking to learn more and help others learn and who already has experience in:

• Data modeling (dimensional modeling, Data Vault)
• Data governance
• Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of SQL, proficiency in programming with Python
• Data modeling (dimensional models, Data Vault)
• ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, data lakehouses
• Modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric/Synapse
• Real-time data integrations, IoT & Edge solutions
• DevOps/DataOps, IaC, CI/CD pipelines
• Project management frameworks and methodologies such as agile, scrum, kanban
• Ability and willingness to learn new data and software development technologies and methods
• Shared collaboration: You share what you learn, help others, learn from your peers, and ask for help when you need it
• Fluency in Finnish (required) and English
