What You Get To Do

• Design and maintain a semantic data layer, transforming raw data into structured, business-friendly datasets
• Develop scalable data models and optimize queries using SQL and dbt
• Build and manage data products for dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics applications
• Partner with data engineers to design robust data pipelines and improve external data quality
• Implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources
• Support analytics teams by providing well-defined, query-ready data products
• Establish data governance processes, schema management, and lineage documentation
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering, with expertise in scalable data solutions
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
• Strong experience designing semantic layers and reusable data models
• Knowledge of ETL tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and distributed systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
