Job Description

We're looking for a Data Architect a.i. to lead the data architecture strategy for transactional and product-related data within a dynamic and growing environment. You'll play a strategic role in connecting transactional data with IoT insights to empower business decision-making. This position emphasizes shaping data direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices in data quality, integration, and governance.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and lead the design of robust data architecture for transactional systems, including pricing, product, and master data.
• Collaborate closely with IoT-focused data teams, technical architects, and offshore engineering resources to align on data strategies.
• Set architectural direction and ensure alignment across business and IT teams, especially on Enterprise Performance Management and CSRD initiatives.
• Ensure high standards for data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure data solutions using Microsoft stack technologies and DevOps tooling.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Data Architect A.i. Will Have

• Strong background in data modeling, integration (ETL/API), and warehousing using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL-based systems.
• Proven experience working in a hybrid strategic and technical capacity-capable of setting direction and guiding implementation teams.
• Familiarity with combining and aligning IoT data with transactional data sets to support performance analytics.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from both business and IT, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications in Azure and Databricks, with working knowledge of Power BI or Grafana for data visualization.
