Data Analytics Manager, Finance - Hybrid - Information Technology
Position Highlights:
Full-Time, 40 hours
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
Under direct supervision of Information Technology leadership, the Data Analytics, Manager - Finance will be responsible for:
Managing a team of data analysts and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Working with finance to prioritize projects and advance their strategic roadmap
Overseeing the collection, processing, and interpretation of large sets of data
Developing and implementing data analytics strategies that enhance business operations
Collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
Using statistical tools to interpret data sets and prepare reports for senior management
Maintaining clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results
Identifying trends and patterns in complex data sets, providing insights to help make business decisions
Ensuring all data collection methods meet legal regulations and standards
Training and mentoring junior staff in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99K-$150K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
