The Role This role will participate in the UAT process to execute test cases, stimulate scenarios through the testing environment, reporting testing results and provide feedback to ensure the quality of the system meets local regulations and clients’ needs. This role will, eventually be responsible for processing data and validation during the migration period to assist data transfer into the new administration system can be successfully transferred. Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Execute test cases, generate testing progress report for management review Follow up on the testing results and maintain testing documentation Follow up project tasks in accordance to project timeline Responsible for data input and classification with high level of accuracy Generate and organize documents, letters, and summaries Collect and analyse data to update records and compile statistics Input information into databases and manage filing systems Provide support in conducting assessments and preparing assessment reports Support implementation of internal systems Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned Experience and Personal Attributes Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ University students in any disciplines 1 year or above of relevant experience would be an advantage, but not a must Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Highly motivated and proactive individual, capable of taking initiative and adapting to new situations Demonstrates good problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese Eligible to work in Hong Kong with no visa sponsorship required Culture @ MUFG Pensions & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
