The client is a global cybersecurity company offering a full suite of security services and solutions.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, communications, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to assigned accounts, helping clients fully leverage the comopany's SaaS platform and cybersecurity services.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement, ensuring successful onboarding, deployment, and operationalization of solutions.
  • Manage the transition from deployment to steady-state operations, establishing a consistent communication rhythm.
  • Lead quarterly value discussions and service reviews, presenting key outcomes and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to position additional services and support renewal activities.
  • Escalate technical issues and drive resolution by interfacing with internal product and support teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's platform capabilities, standard operating procedures, and deliverables.
  • Strategically align with the executive leadership team for high-priority accounts.


The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, technical account management, or client services.
  • Deep familiarity with cybersecurity platforms and tools, especially:
    • Microsoft Security Stack (including Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Security products)
    • CrowdStrike Falcon
    • Splunk (SIEM/SOAR)
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple accounts, and drive customer outcomes without heavy oversight.
  • Strong business acumen - able to identify new opportunities for growth within customer accounts.
  • Comfort in operating within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
