About Our Client
The client is a global cybersecurity company offering a full suite of security services and solutions.
Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, communications, escalations, and strategic discussions.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to assigned accounts, helping clients fully leverage the comopany's SaaS platform and cybersecurity services.
Drive customer adoption and engagement, ensuring successful onboarding, deployment, and operationalization of solutions.
Manage the transition from deployment to steady-state operations, establishing a consistent communication rhythm.
Lead quarterly value discussions and service reviews, presenting key outcomes and growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to position additional services and support renewal activities.
Escalate technical issues and drive resolution by interfacing with internal product and support teams.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's platform capabilities, standard operating procedures, and deliverables.
Strategically align with the executive leadership team for high-priority accounts.
The Successful Applicant
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, technical account management, or client services.
Deep familiarity with cybersecurity platforms and tools, especially:
Microsoft Security Stack (including Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Security products)
CrowdStrike Falcon
Splunk (SIEM/SOAR)
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Fluent in both English and Tagalog; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple accounts, and drive customer outcomes without heavy oversight.
Strong business acumen - able to identify new opportunities for growth within customer accounts.
Comfort in operating within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
