Job Description

Oracle CX Resource with hands-on experience in building CRM solutions by connecting Oracle CX Products. Product knowledge must cover Sales, Service covering 2 or more of the Oracle products -Fusion CX Sales, B2B Service, OFSC, Incentive Compensation, CPQ, OIC, VBCS. Knowledge of ERP will be an added benefit.

Expectation from the Role

• Build futuristic solutions using Oracle CX Products to solve customer problems
• Interacting with customer on on-going basis to understand their problem and identify excellence areas
• Build solutions by industry and act as the bridge between the Sales team and Consulting team
• Fair knowledge if Competitive Products in the market
• Architect customer solution and implementation of the solution
• Have good understanding of security aspects in cloud implementation
• Good Understanding in connecting Oracle Products using integrations
• Lead challenging projects in implementation and roll-out
• Ensure Quality of delivery and customer satisfaction
• Good analytical skills in zeroing down on the customer problems
• Provide direction and advise on consulting

Required Experience

• Overall experience of 9 to 20 Years
• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science field
• Should have at least 2 industry verticals knowledge
• Extensive presentation experience
• Flexibility to travel
• Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
