We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer/Lead to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Lead the conceptualization and creation of user-centric designs for our digital products, ensuring a delightful and intuitive user experience.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and align design strategies with business goals.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile applications.
• Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs, considering brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all digital platforms.
• Accessibility and Usability: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices, enhancing usability for diverse user groups.
• Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to streamline the design and development processes.
• Stay Current: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design, and advocate for their integration into the design workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating design systems and working with component libraries.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in UI UX works.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
