In this position, you’ll consult with customers, channel partners, and colleagues to provide advanced product/service support while serving as a key resource for resolving intricate issues efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Provide advanced product and service information, responding to complex customer inquiries and addressing unique challenges to ensure satisfaction.

Order Management: Record and process special or custom orders requiring coordination with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

Issue Escalation: Handle escalated issues promptly, securing managerial approvals when necessary to ensure customer concerns are resolved professionally.

Customer Engagement: Develop and execute contact plans to inform customers of product launches, sales campaigns, and opportunities to build strong relationships.

CRM Management: Guide and monitor team members’ usage of the CRM system, resolve standard issues, and escalate advanced concerns when needed.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer retention and assist in renewal processes through delivering exceptional service.

Regulatory Adherence: Identify and report compliance issues, ensuring all actions align with organizational policies and industry regulations.
