Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for billing contracts to our business customers—compensation up to $22/hour.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Service Representative:

• Respond to customer, sales representative, and leasing company inquiries regarding field contract billing.
• Investigate and address billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies.
• Proactively resolve outdated billing data by reaching out to customers and utilizing internal resources.
  
  

What We're Looking For in a Customer Service Representative:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience, accounting/billing experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Extensive software skills required, including Microsoft Office.
