WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Customer Engagement and Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Provide clear guidance on product features, pricing, and purchasing processes such as invoicing, payments, and subscription management.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and open questions, recommending the most suitable solutions based on their goals.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
Sales Process
- Qualify leads, accounts, and opportunities through online research.
- Identify and reach out to decision-makers within target accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity creation to closing—for both direct and channel/reseller business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all interactions and deals.
Lead Generation
- Initiate contact with qualified leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Present tailored value propositions that address each lead’s specific challenges.
- Apply the (B)ANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Time-frame) to qualify opportunities.
- Handle objections effectively to build rapport and move leads forward in the pipeline.
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales team to align on goals and coordinate efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and sustainable growth.
- Support a culture of collaboration, actively contributing to team success.
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
- Availability to start your workday at 8:00 AM (Pacific Time).
- Ability to work on-site at our office in downtown Long Beach.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or inbound sales role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; an Associate’s Degree will be considered with relevant work experience.
- Native-level English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and research skills, with keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Comfort working in a small, collaborative team, and willingness to ask for help when needed.
- Basic familiarity with web application terminology (e.g., server, API, HTML).
