Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation & Customer Support Agent at Hospitality Plus located in Calebasses. The Reservation & Customer Support Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with guests, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the Mauritian tourism industry and local attractions
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
