What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the wider team with client communication and administration
  • Handling inbound calls and emails, answering queries and providing updates
  • Preparing and checking documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaising with external providers to track applications and resolve issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date records on internal systems


What you bring:

  • 2 years experience in a similar admin or customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
