Senitor are delighted to be partnering with a reputable Irish organisation currently seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to progress their career in a hands-on IT support role.

About the Role

In this position, you will be a key point of contact for 2nd and 3rd level support, helping to resolve a range of technical issues and contributing to the efficient running of IT operations across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support across hardware and software
• Diagnose and resolve user issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain IT equipment including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Contribute to ongoing IT initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Relevant IT degree or similar qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a client-focused IT support environment
