Summary

Job Title - Customer Success Executive

Shift schedule - 5:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST ( 5 day onsite job )

Office location - Kharadi, Pune 411014


Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements

• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Work closely with internal teams - Sales, Ops, QA etc.

• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in excel or CRM tools.

• Escalate any major issues or red flags to the appropriate teams.


Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management etc.)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
