Job Title: Customer Success Associate

About the Role:

You'll be the go-to person for our clients—supporting them, solving problems, and making sure they stick around for the long haul. You’ll also chip in on content ideas, campaigns, and creative ways to keep our brand buzzing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build strong relationships with clients and keep them smiling
• Handle client queries and make sure deliverables are on point
• Work closely with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
• Share updates, insights, and wins with clients
• Collect feedback and turn it into action
• Support basic marketing efforts—think social media ideas, campaign support, content coordination
• Help brainstorm new ways to keep clients engaged and informed
