What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with their orders, sizing, returns, and general inquiries
• Deliver exceptional post-purchase experiences that drive loyalty
• Work closely with our sales, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Provide product insights and gather customer feedback to help us improve

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Enthusiasm for fashion and online shopping
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Odoo, or Freshdesk is a bonus (but not required)
• Freshers are welcome—training will be provided!
• Proficient in MS Office and Documentation.
• Maintaining Reports / Records. Generating Invoices, etc.
