Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekly Offs)

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international blended process (Chat + Voice). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with at least 6 months of experience in an international process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels efficiently and professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Adhere to process guidelines and achieve assigned targets
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Process (Chat/Voice)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs
