Summary

Level Plumbing Adelaide is a growing service and maintenance plumbing business delivering top-quality work across Adelaide. We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to become the voice and backbone of our office — managing inbound enquiries, scheduling jobs, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from the first call to the final handshake.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Answer inbound customer enquiries by phone and email


  • Book and schedule jobs for our field team


  • Communicate clearly with customers about job progress or changes


  • Liaise with technicians throughout the day to keep things moving smoothly


  • Update job and customer info in our systems (training provided)


  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads or past work


  • Help us deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service, scheduling, or coordination role


  • Friendly, professional phone manner


  • Comfortable using job management systems or CRMs (e.g. Simpro, ServiceM8, Salesforce, etc.)


  • Highly organised and able to juggle priorities in a fast-moving day


  • A positive team player who wants to help grow a business and make a difference
