Little Bang Brewing Co. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Support team member to join our dynamic brewing team!

About The Role:

As the Logistics & Operations Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of stock, supplies, and operations across the brewery. This hands-on, fast-paced role involves end-to-end inventory management—from sourcing raw materials to packaging and distributing finished products—along with supporting production, finance, packaging, and the taproom team! No two days are the same—just how we like it.

What You’ll Do:

Your day-to-day will look a little like:

• Coordinating deliveries, liaising with external warehousing and transport providers, and ensuring timely and accurate logistics
• End-to-end inventory management—from sourcing raw materials to packaging finished goods
• Ensuring adequate stock levels and forecasting to meet production demand
• Stocktaking and stock transfers
• Supporting canning and packaging runs, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Providing financial and administrative support for purchasing and inventory tracking
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and safety in storage and production areas
• Use of inventory systems to process invoices, log, and monitor stock levels
• Pitching in across the team—including taproom operations, production, events, and deliveries - when needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse ops, or production support (brewery/FMCG a plus)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Inventory and financial software experience (CIN 7, Carton Cloud, Metconnect, Axis, FBE, Lightyear)
• Forklift license
• Love for craft beer and a team-player mindset.
