Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering calls from customers in the assigned region, patiently addressing inquiries and problems.
  • Timely reply to customer emails and online chat requests, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of responses.
  • Quickly respond to customer complaints and issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Complete the drafting and modification of customer order contracts, track order progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively establish good relationships with customers to improve their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and written expression.
  • Strong customer service awareness and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, no specific major required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, especially with foreign enterprises.
  • Strong learning ability and good team collaboration skills.
