Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Norwood, Massachusetts. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing outstanding customer support in the healthcare industry. The role requires working onsite Monday through Friday and involves handling a high volume of inbound calls and data entry tasks. Start date is ASAP-must pass a background check and drug test to start.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented responses to all inquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs with outstanding service.
• Utilize written scripts effectively to maintain consistency and clarity during customer interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Handle email correspondence and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Process orders and manage order entry tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and attention to detail in etiquette.
• Experience in order entry and maintaining organized records.
