Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a real estate client of ours that is based in the Randolph, MA area. This CSR will be responsible for outbound calls to current and potential customers for home quotes and offers.

This role is on-site in Randolph, MA

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide company information & schedule appointments.

• Make up to 40-50 follow-up phone calls daily - (No cold calls).

• Utilize company scripts.

• Send emails, texts, and handwritten notes to our lead database.

Qualifications:

• Able to work on-site M-F in Randolph, MA.

• Flexible work schedule - 40 hours per week.

• Self-motivated, and self-directed with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.

• Ability work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation:

$20/hr to $22/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
