Splash Swim School is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. As an essential member of the Splash team, the Customer Service Representative will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service. Duties include greeting clients, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, assisting customers with curriculum information, maintaining records and other supporting office tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

We offer FLEXIBLE hours, PAID training, PAY incentives and a warm, FRIENDLY atmosphere. This part time position is ideal for students, parents,or grandparents. Applicants must be at least 18 yrs of age, have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, have had some office experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment, This role requires the individual to be available for work during evenings and occasional weekends.
