Customer Service Representative/Receptionist
This job requires advanced customer service skills, you will be answering the phones as well as inputting information within our databases. This position requires high attention to detail as a lot of informational data pertaining to our jobs passes through this department, you must be able to multitask.
This job requires experience in phone systems, as well as intermediate computer knowledge. You will be contacting customers as well as service technicians to make sure jobs are being completed and entered accurately.
