Responsibilities职责描述:

  • Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customer’s new PO. 订单录入:根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统,并确保订单信息正确。
  • Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan. 追货:帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期。
  • Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款。
  • Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department. 发货:安排发货事宜。
  • System: Maintain sales system. 定期维护销售系统。
  • Report: Maintain CSR report. 定期维护CSR相关报表。
  • Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求。

Requirements任职要求:

  • Bachelor degree, majoring in English or business operation is preferred. 本科学历,英语或商务相关专业优先。
  • More than 1~2 years CSR related experience. 1~2年以上客户服务相关经验优先。
  • Good English skills in written and oral. 良好的英语读写及口语能力。
  • Good computer skills: Excel, Word. 良好的计算机办公技能。
  • Detail orientated and professional. 注重细节并保持专业素质。
  • Able to work under owns initiative. 能够独立开展工作。
