该职位来源于猎聘 Internship Period: 3-6 months, 3-5 days per week Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to assist our Customer Service (CS) team with daily routines. During the six-month internship, you will gain valuable customer service experience and help us enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Complaint Coordination: Handle customer complaints, coordinating resources from various departments to resolve issues. Forecast Uploading: Conduct weekly forecast data uploading and analysis, ensuring the accuracy and timely updates. Customer Interaction: Interface with customers on routine topics such as complaint management, order changes, and more to establish and maintain customer relationships. Qualifications: Current university student, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields. Strong communication skills and a team player. Detail-oriented and patient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficient in using office software, particularly Excel. Basic data analysis skills and logical thinking ability. Good command of English or other languages is a plus.
