We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Marham, ON.

Who We Want

You will often be the initial point of contact for Evron’s client support. You will be co- ordinating service

resources and delivery schedules. Consequently, you will need outstanding customer service skills along

with excellent English verbal and writing skills. You will need to have a calm, friendly yet resilient

personality. You will need to enjoy working with people with a goal of happy customers.

You will be communicating inbound and outbound phone, email via ticketing portal to understand the

client issue and to whom to assign to resolve. Consequently, experience supporting a corporate, multi-

site, technology-based environment and ticketing system is desired. Strong administration and

organizational skills with an ability to handle confidential materials in a professional manner is a must.

Proficiency with Microsoft O365 Office Suite is necessary. You will be working with Acumatica, the

award-winning ERP cloud solution for data entry, query search and follow up. You will also be working

extensively with Microsoft Teams. We will provide training.

We are also expecting that you demonstrate that you can work well with the Evron team as well as with

clients. You will regularly be communicating with technicians, consultants, Sales Staff and Accounting

staff.

We are hard working and respectful of each other, yet we have fun at our weekly bar-b-ques, social

committee events and on-going learning opportunities.

Although, many of our staff work in a hybrid remote work model, this position requires you to be in our

office full time.
