What The Role Offers

  • A strategic, high-impact role where you’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market to large enterprise cloud customers.
  • Full ownership of the renewal lifecycle—from planning to closing—while driving adoption, engagement, and executive alignment.
  • The opportunity to deliver outcome-focused engagements such as Success Workshops, Governance Forums, and Business Reviews.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, delivery, and leadership teams across the globe.
  • A platform to showcase your customer success, consulting, and strategic planning expertise, while playing a critical role in OpenText’s cloud evolution.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, consulting, or enterprise sales.
    • Proven experience managing strategic customer programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), customer success tools, and forecast methodologies is not mandatory, but preferred
    • Fluency in French is not mandatory, but a strong asset.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project and strategic program management capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels—including C-suite.
  • Mindset:
    • A proactive, data-driven, and customer-obsessed approach.
    • Ability to influence outcomes and build trusted long-term relationships.
    • Willingness to travel up to 30% for strategic onsite engagements (2-3 business trips per year).
