Summary

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, drive inside sales, and support the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT or system integration environments, and will be responsible for both outbound sales efforts and inbound client support, including satisfaction tracking and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and growth.
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction and feedback surveys, ensuring continuous service improvement.
  • Handle client inquiries, offer prompt resolutions, and route technical requests as needed.
  • Perform cold calling and outbound communication to generate leads and promote IT solutions.
  • Support the sales process by qualifying leads, scheduling demos, and following up on proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records using CRM systems.
  • Monitor client engagement and usage trends to identify opportunities or risk factors.
  • Provide onboarding support and maintain client relationships post-sale.
  • Share client insights and recurring issues with internal teams for product/service enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or client servicing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and outbound calling platforms.
  • Ability to understand and explain basic IT products and solutions.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in IT or experience with system integration companies.
  • Understanding of IT services such as networking, cloud solutions, managed services, or software deployment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes in B2B tech environments.
  • Technical aptitude to coordinate with internal engineering or solution teams
