Are you passionate about customer service and building strong client relationships? We are looking for a dynamic female candidate to join our team as a Customer Relations Executive, preferably with experience in the real estate or hospitality industry.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

✔️ Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

✔️ Maintain customer records and manage CRM systems

✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

✔️ Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication skill in English and Malayalam

✅ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

✅ Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

✅ Minimum 2 years Experience in customer service

✅ Bachelor's degree in any stream
